Conducting

The life of a conductor may feel distant, extravagant, and overly flamboyant. This course will introduce you to the world of conducting, including basics like how to wave the stick (or baton to use the fancy words), how to study scores and prepare them, how to rehearse and work with musicians and get to know some underappreciated bits of repertoire – some of the WMA’s best kept musical secrets!
